Jordan Berza is one of the co-owners of Planet Nutrition. He is quite young. However Jordan Berza is only 26 years old, he has been a successful businessman. But some days ago he was imprisoned. This successful businessman received 2-year imprisonment. What did lead to such unpleasant fate of this effective businessman? He was an organizer of an underground lab that manufactured anabolic steroids in Lake Charles (Louisiana). Berza and his co-workers purchased raw steroid powders from Germany and China and turned the powders in private label injectable steroids. Chris Gass, Berza’s partner of Planet Nutrition, is one of his co-defendants. It is known that these co-defendants traded approximate 7,000 ten milliliter vials of testosterone and Deca Durabolin in Lousiana and Texas. Planet Nutrition was served as their distribution centre on steroids.
Todd Clemons was Berza’s defense attorney. He noticed that Berza was too effective businessman that just made some mistakes. As a matter of fact, Berza is a successful young man. He has an engineering degree, department of sports nutrition and smoothie. Berza is also successful in the own personal life: This young man has a wife who is pregnant. Unfortunately illegal steroids distribution lead to unpleasant problems. Berza is to pay imments sums of money for his leadership in nonlegal selling of anabolic steroids. The illegal distributor must spend two years in a prison. Since Berza’s wife is pregnant, Berza will miss the birth of his first baby. Furthermore, his mother is very ill. It is spoken that his mother is close to her death. Earlier law enforcement took 12,000 dollars from the bank accounts of Berza and Gass. It was proved that the money was made by illegal steroids selling. That’s why it is easy to understand why Berza was nervous.
Todd Clemons said on judge that there was no any unpleasant result of taking of the steroids which were distributed by Berza and his partners. The buyers of the steroids were only young people that got and utilized steroids to increase their bone and muscle size.
You can ask: “What was the decision of judgment for Christopher Gass, Berza’s co-defendant?” Since he wasn’t the organizer, he has to be punished less. Christopher Gass received one-and-half-year prison sentence . Furthermore, he must pay 2,000 dollars for his involvement in nonlegal selling of anabolic steroids.
There were other co-defendants in their nonlegal selling. Only one of them hasn’t been punished.
