Oconee County will test its employees for anabolic steroids

Oconee County’s employees will be tested for anabolic steroids. Scott Moulder, County Administrator, said about probable changes of the Oconee County Council connected with the list of narcotics. There is a possibility that anabolic steroids will be included in this list.
Since steroids began to be widely administrated by police officials in many states, Wayne McCall, the chairman of the public safety committee, announced about an essential decision. This official said that steroid testing should be performed in Oconee County. Wayne McCall said why it was decided to test employees for the banned medications. According to the chairman, anabolic steroids influence on people very negatively. They turn normal people to crazy ones. Wayne McCall compared individuals that take anabolic steroids with “Magilla Gorilla” that can become aggressive and kill others. So, Wayne McCall believes that consumers of anabolic steroids are extremely dangerous people for society. Wayne McCall says that administration of these banned drugs is an inducing problem in the whole country. Even law enforcement officers and firefighters utilize these prohibited products which lead to mental disorders and roid rage.
McCall confirmed that some officers and firefighters were similar to Magilla Gorilla, the character of the 1960 cartoon “The Magilla Gorilla”. Wayne McCall noticed that such officers might destroy own health and life or even murder other people.
It was the first time when users of anabolic steroids were compared with the cartoon star Magilla Gorilla. Certain persons notice that the comparison is quite ironical.
However it is claimed that steroid testing will benefit, it is important to remember that it will cost too much money which are expected to be taken from taxpayers funds.
