Sebastian Coe believes that Usain Bolt will be able to win without usage of steroids

Sebastian Coe, the chairman of the London Organising Committee 2012, claims that the runner Usain Bolt may break another world record without usage of anabolic steroids or/and other banned medications. There was a discussion about influence of steroids on enhancement of performance and winnings.
